Our focus on data center infrastructure is driven by a fundamental thesis: the digitization of the global economy demands physical assets — power, cooling, connectivity — and the capital markets have not yet priced the scarcity of those assets correctly.
Our home services vertical is built on a different insight: the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical industries are undergoing a generational ownership transition. Founders built durable businesses and deserve counterparties who honor that.
